I always eat mine back, however, I use a HRM and subtract my RMR from the calories burned.

It may be worth a try if you've been stuck for awhile. I'm 5'5", 135 and at 1410, I've been losing consistently. When I first started I was at 1560 and was losing as well. How tall are you? What are your calories currently set at?

I do the same thing, (using a HRM) I subtract my RMR and then eat back the remaining calories.

It is a bummer when you realize that MFP has overestimated by so much............with that said, it's much more powerful to have the correct knowledge. I'm shocked that so many people have been told they weren't good looking! And by their friend?! These people have serious issues and I would cut them out of my life. Who needs that hate in their life? Someone said it to me once but they were an evil, hate filled bully so I considered the source.

Sorry you are having these :( Yes, unfortunately I have. It's very scary when you can't see for a few hours. After the 3rd incident, I saw my doctor who diagnosed it. He believes it's stress.......haven't had one in 6 months.

I find "crooked" noses handsome (like noses that have obviously been broken at one time. )

Ps.... Get your body fat tested by a professional too. That puts things into perspective for me and reassures me I'm at a healthy size regardless of what I wish the scale would say.

I agree, you need to find a goal that's right for you. I do believe we have different shapes and carry weight differently. I'm 5'5" as well and my goal is 135 (almost there) , I see others my height with 110 lbs goals too and I've never been able to get below 130............ Everyone is different, do whats best for you.
