Hi, I just moved from the US to Australia, so I feel you on the changes and getting adjusted. It's much harder for you, as you don't speak French. Is there someone who can help you over there? Maybe connect with Expats International and at least get your kitchen stocked up so you have some options. I think with all that…

I had my RMR and fitness levels tested last year. It was great and very insightful. I highly recommend it.

Hi Heidi, I decided to go back to my HRM for 3 reasons; (1) I wasn't sure if I calculated my TDEE correctly, as my days vary so much. (2) psychologically I'm much more motivated to exercise when I "earn" those calories and track them......weird, but I'm reward driven in my brain :ohwell: (3) I wasn't losing at my cut rate.…

I gained 6+ pounds. Now at cut and haven't lost anything consistently.

Great work, you look wonderful!

Bumping this to see if there's a "general" EM2WL answer to what the an activity level should be set to when you are doing ONLY NROLFW ......... (3 days a week). Lightly active Or Moderate ? Thanks :flowerforyou:

Update..... I'm down 2.5 inches, :drinker: but still up 6 pounds from the onset of EM2WL......although I haven't gained since week 6. It took me 9 weeks to see results. I have 1.5 more weeks until I have completed NROLFW - Stage 1. I have further reduced my calories to 1800.

Nice work!!!!
