I can't speak to the comments from people regarding your diet, this is why I don't discuss it with certain people..... I just say I'm focused on being healthy, which is the truth. In regards to food, I pack Kind Bars and oatmeal. I also hit up the store if I can when I get in town. Is that an option?

I had mine professionally tested with Calipers when they tested my RMR.

Mike- I think you have a point there. I was hungry when I went to bed, now I'm not has I have enough calories to eat before bed. Plus, maybe more fuel for my brain= less stress and anxiety? Whatever it is, I hope it continues :) Thanks :smile:

I'm not constantly worried if I'll have enough calories........turning down evenings out, etc.

I've worked with homeschool families and public school families. The homeschool families and students who seemed most successful were the ones who had a "homeschool network" in place. The parents and students interacted on a weekly if not daily basis for support and socialization. These were the happiest homeschool…
