Planet Fitness is WONDERFUL! Open 24/7, and lots of equipment. Friendly staff, and they do have trainers to help you - look for the schedule at the front desk.

I LOVE Planet Fitness! I've been a member since April 2010. Mine is open 24 hours, and since it's close, I can pop in more than once a day if I need to do so and grab a quick mini-workout. All the staff members are incredibly wonderful people. :love:

I've found that the longer I've been vegan, the less I crave sweets. I do bake some vegan goodies nearly every weekend, but the amount that I consume personally is probably less than 20% of what I used to consume as an omnivore. (Yes, I had a GIGANTIC sweet tooth before.)

Great work! :flowerforyou: I did NOT get on the scale this morning. I only weigh in once every 2 weeks anyway, and luckily for me I have another week to go before weigh in. But then, I couldn't insult anyone but not trying the wonderful foods they brought to our dinner! :bigsmile:

What a great idea! There are lots of nice people at the Planet Fitness I use in Baltimore. We don't talk a lot, but we do say hello to all the familiar faces and joke about what's wrong with us for being there so early in the morning while the rest of the world is sleeping.
