You get used to it eventually. I used to have a hard time forcing myself to drink just 8 ounces of water in a whole day, but now I'm up to 72-80 ounces per day, and have stopped being a diet Coke addict! Just keep the water bottle next to you all day and keep sipping!:drinker:

That is so fantastic! Recommendation - buy new clothes at a thrift shop, because before you know it, your "new" clothes will be too big as well, and you're going to end up going through several wardrobes! You are already looking fabulous, and you're going to be even more gorgeous as you continue! :flowerforyou:

Try to use more beans and less meat. Beans are really inexpensive if you use the dried varieties, and they're easy to cook, especially in a slow cooker. But if you buy canned beans, check the labels for sodium content. Some brands have lots more sodium than others. Same thing for canned tomatoes. Wish you the best!:smile:

I try not to cheat. but some days I get really hungry so I'll just keep eating vegetables and fruits because they're not so high-calorie. But then, I had a lot of weight to lose to start with, and that keeps me motivated not to want to cheat!:smile:

I only weigh in every two weeks so as not to get discouraged if the scale doesn't move after a single week. But I only record on MFP every 4 weeks. Good luck!:smile:

I had a lot of anxiety for years too, but unlike you, I didn't go to see the doctor or weigh myself at home. You are already doing the right thing by checking in with your doctor. It will take time, but eventually it will be less traumatic, and you'll focus more on how good you're feeling by eating healthy and exercising.…
