Well my plan is to try to burn @ least 400cals during training in order to be sane with the low calories plan. Body is holding up okay for day 3. They give a short goal of 5 weeks, hopefully I be able to survive till then. Great hearing from all of you :))

Hmm.. perhaps you have been on this diet & intense training for too long? The body may be stress up & refuse to drop any weight + trying to hold onto whatever reserve energy in your body? Give yourself a week rest from everything ( training & reduced calories), recovery plays impt role too. I presume you will be stronger…
