Cursive = joined up writing right...(sorry I'm a brit) why WOULDN'T they teach it!? Loads of people in the uk still use joined up writing...I don't understand wh it "takes time" to teach...it's just handwriting, they need to learn to have legible handwriting, and then once they get older they can decide for themselves…

How do you loan!?

I think I depends on the group, the leader and you get out what you put in. My leaders have always been very encouraging of exercise, and while you're losing, while you have a lot to lose, musle gain makes a vey small impact. I like sw because it so flexible, and you can set you own goals...they let you change you target…

I lost 5stone in a year on sw, and am still on it at target. There's a sw group on here If you want to meet others following the plan x

I have a garmin (would have to look at it to tell you the one but probably the 305), I love it...it IS my HRM...I use it to calculate my calorie burn on things like zumba/gym by using the av hr and time and plugging it into a formula to work out calories...but for running and cycling I use the cals given on distance as it…

I'm 5"8, SW: 232lbs GW: 164lbs I'm at goal now...(well I'm actually 168lbs, but my body fat % has gone down), it's muscle I've put on and I've lost inches. I wouldn't want to be any smaller than this. I have a large frame and hips and boobs. I initially wanted to be a size 12 (UK) and a *healthy* bmi (just)...once I got to…

sw works...fact, for losing and for maintenance, just use here as a food diary and don't worry about the cals! x

Hi Jane I've updated everyone's burns (and sorted out the missing formulae in the spreadsheet), for everyone except Craig (because I can't see his diary). I hope it doesn't break again! Hope this helped a little bit, but I was bored of writing my stupid essay!

I've updated the spreadsheet as best as I can (to minimise the workload), but I can't see craig's diary and not everyone had finished today so I've not reported to lee hope that helps a little bit? ps don't stress about updating it, we can update him later in the week if necessary x
