I'm hanging in there, though the motivation to work out has been minimal as I've been really tired. I have however been sticking to food etc and I'm feeling a lot less bloated than earlier in the week. Going to try and get a workout in tonight and keep up the good eating for as much of the weekend as I can manage!

Here's my start of April pic. March showed no change so here's to seeing a difference in April! Ps berry, men are ALWAYS offering me a seat on the tube...normally only when I'm only going 2 stops and there's no point sitting. It's when women offer that you have to start rethinking your belly!

How big is the freezer? Can you all sit down and allocate a drawer to each person? Can you write your name on the boxes (and stuff in the fridge?), can you buy less in bulk, and buy what you need as and when so there's less to go missing? Can you check each day to check it's not gone? Can decant the contents of packages…

Here's my before taken this morning. Hopefully I'll see more difference by the end of the month. It actually surprised me how much difference there was in Feb! Maybe by the summer if I keep at this I'll even feel comfortable getting my tummy out around the pool (if I work out where I can go on holiday!)

I might try some JM tonight/tomorrow and I'm taking the zumba dvd's to my bf's and going to make him do them with me (he's whining about his weight so he can do some hip wiggling with me), and I'm going to make us go for a long walk on Sunday too. Meg shin splints, best thing I ever heard was to spell the alphabet out with your toes, so you stretch out in all directions, do it sitting watching tv and under your desk and it'll help in addition to the rest.
