I don't think I'm going to have a choice but take a break. The hip is feeling alright, but the guys have managed to give me their cold and sore throat. Crossing my fingers that it's short lived cold. To tired to workout today. Sorry guys! Have a great weekend!

Doing more of a circuit is pretty much a cardio workout. I was suggesting it for those days when you can't get to the gym and still want a workout. Body weight exercises are great too. Something is better than nothing : )

Tameko, have you thought about doing a low weights circuit workout. Kind of like what you're doing with your trainer, but much faster. Not to fast of course, don't hurt yourself and don't forget form! You should be able to work up a good sweat and get your HR up.

Today has gone real well. Cardio- 2 mile walk and my Tae Bo/ kickboxing for one hour for 519 calories. Strength - none today, probably a good thing. My add on yesterday made my Glutes/hams real sore. Yesterday went well. Not great but well. I got some more strength in, but that was the extent of the day. Total calories burned was 172. Food and water were good, but I didn't hit my calories again. Assessment: I actually feel good, but a bit tired. Loving sitting around joking with my guys today, just relaxing.

Yesterday could have been better, but without much sleep it's about all I could expect. We went out of town for a funeral, so no exercise at all yesterday. I really think it's my iron level again. I took the last pill I have, very low dose, and it kicked in finally. I tried eating more to help out with the enegy before and all it did was make me feel over full. Well see how the measurements go tomorrow.
