When my DH was getting them, the Dr told him to eat a banana in the mid afternoon and to increase his water intake on hard run days. It made a huge difference for him. Good luck, I know they hurt.

Do you have your measurements? Try sticking with those. I gave up on watching the scale all the time and use my measurements instead. The scale wasn't moving for me either, but I've lost almost 5 inches (2 1/2 off my waist alone) in three weeks. Hang tough and maybe try a different workout routine. You'll get there!

I love my vita mix, it has more power than my garbage disposal! If you want to make you own veggie drinks, it's worth it for that alone. You control what goes in it. The green smoothie is awesome!! DH doesn't taste the spinach at all, and he hates spinach. There are a some great low cal sauces in there too. I love the low…

First of all, Congrats on the weight loss! I'm hypo also and the Dr checks my levels every six months ( or so ) or when I'm getting the old symptoms back. When was the last time you were checked? That kind of weight loss could easily throw you meds out of whack.
