Never more than 2500 that I can remember or see! Damn, I am really impressed with you guys though! Hahaha

I love my morning bowl of oatmeal! I get the Irish oatmeal, the quick cooking kind. One spoon of PB (Trader joes better n' PB for just 50 cal per spoon), and maybe some flax seeds for healthy fats. So satisfying!

Cardio: half hour run, half hour elliptical strength: it's my legs/glutes day, so probably a few POP pilates videos and the Nike Training Club routines for butt and legs. Getting ready to go now!

Well if you are losing weight it's always going to be calories, but for me it's sodium. It just makes me feel icky. Since i'm pretty good about only eating when i'm hungry, going over in calories obviously means my body just needed a little more fuel. And I don't think I ever go over in carbs, I'd rather go for protein.…

I love coffee! I always put a splash of fat free hazlenut coffeemate and sometimes half a packet of nestle fat free hot coco (20 calories for the whole thing) when I want something chocolate-y. I'm not too big on mochas or lattes and I am totally disgusted by the blended drinks I have to serve people on a daily basis (I'm…

Hmm, I did that program, and I did it on a treadmill, so I logged the amount of minutes at whatever pace I was running. Are you doing it outside or on a treadmill?

Okay, at 5'5 and 130 pounds, you should know already that any weightloss should be minimal (since you are at a very healthy weight). What is your goal? I have similar stats to you (5'6, 128ish) and i'm trying to build lean muscle and get stronger. If you have a clear goal, that's the best motivation. When you feel like…

Running, to me, is the absolute best form of cardio. Start slow, and slowly build up as it gets to easy (it actually will!).

(in response to the "vegetarians should be smarter" post) You know, you can disagree with someone without sounding like a total jerk, if you try. Nobody said anything about "1000 grams of protein" so I am going to assume you mean 100. I feel best, physically, on a high protein diet rather than high carbs/high fat, though,…

What you all actually deserve is the body you want. Everything is fine in moderation, yes, but it comes down to a simple question. The junk food you want right now, or the body you've wanted all your life?

I'm a vegetarian so it's hard (but not impossible!) to eat a high-protein diet. I try to incorporate daily, or almost daily: whey protein, nonfat plain greek yogurt, nuts, beans, and vegetarian meat replacements (but watch the sodium!). I consider anything less than 75g to be a failure and try to get as close to 100g as I…

I always feel the same way when I go to lift, but just remember, nobody starts out muscley and fit, everyone has a "first time" lifting. Once you start lifting more and more, you will be so surprised how quickly you see results (I was!). Good luck!

I'm 5'6, 128ish pounds. Since weight loss isn't really my main goal right now, I am trying to eat at maintainence to build a little muscle. I think 1200 is too low for anyone who is remotely active and I don't really understand why that is the set calorie allowance on MFP, but oh well!

Wow that's inredibly rude, I am sorry that your best friend can't just be happy for you! You have a very healthy goal, and if some people are jealous/can't handle it, that isn't your problem! Also I just hate hate hate when people say someone "looks anorexic". Anorexia is a very very serious, often fatal, mental disease…

This isn't practical, but I'd probably hit the salad bar! The Whole Foods closest to me has an incredible salad/hot foods bar. So many vegetables, beans, grains, to chose from, which makes it much more exciting than the salads I put together at home!
