I've used Jillians protein product....GNC Lean Protein (taste the best to me) and am currently using Body By Vi Protein shakes....I also hear Shakegology brand is the best thou..I haven't used it yet but my boyfriend swears by Shakegology

160-165lbs is my new goal... I initially started at 239lbs and now raning 186-190lbs so my new goal this year is 160-165lbs to eventually get down to 140-145lbs by 2013..... So good luck and wishing everyone a great successful journey
