Roasted Red Pepper is by far my favorite! I've tried the garlic before and I hated it. But I eat the red pepper one almost daily. The Sabra Red Pepper is the best!

Down to 148.1 as of my Thursday weigh in. Not sure if I'll be below that this Thursday, I was at 149.8 this morning from my weekend trip to Williamsburg with Randy. Summers are tough! My weekends keep resetting me. NAMECurrent WeightGOAL WEIGHTLBS LOST SINCE STARTING CHALLENGE Mandie (Ding724)155147+1 Melissa…

I've been known to do that as well (although if I can I will workout to get some extra as a cushion). Anyways, the best thing to do is make sure you do eat sufficiently throughout the day, but I'll go with lower calorie and filling foods, like a decent salad I make myself and less higher calorie snacks (so I skip the…

Week 17! Closing in on the end and it looks like we've got several rockstars that have surpassed 20 lbs lost!!! So, shout out list to: carlynishere with 25.6 lbs lost! Lilcrittert with 32.3 lbs lost! rharris86dc with 26 lbs lost! With an honorable mention to kristinmp, who has 0.8 lbs to go until 20 lbs lost! Great job…

I found a cool blog called 400caloriesorless.com that has lots of suggestions on meals to cook and the portion sizes are 400 calories or less. It has more than dinners, but I've gotten a few good ideas on there. Also, check out Hungry Girl (website and cookbooks), lots of great suggestions there too.

That's why I have mine public, I was getting lots of questions on what I ate that helped me lose all this weight. It's easier to just point to my diary, and it does help keep me in line. I log what I can and if it's a crappy day, its out there for the world to see so I can get the encouragement to get right back on track.

I find that treats are a slippery slope as well. Sometimes I find it better to just convince myself I don't need the treat, and I rarely plan that "after this happens, I will have this treat as a reward". I find it is much easier to control when they are spontaneous, like a date with my boyfriend and we get dessert or…

I was personally a big fan of Zumba class, it was only once a week and it cost me around $5 a class to go, so it got me there every week no matter what mood I was in. I had a great time and it was nice having other people around. Since I joined a gym in January, I haven't really tried out the classes there. They're offered…

We're actually in the last few weeks of this challenge and it was closed to new members around Week 3 (it's week 16 now). But we're planning to do a Part 4 of it, so look out for our new board in a few weeks!

Congrats!!! That's a lot of great accomplishments all in one post! Welcome to Onederland :)

I'm still up from my starting challenge weight of 147.6, but that's OK. I've had a very out of the ordinary 2 weeks with traveling and end of kickball and a friend visiting and a weekend doing stuff with my boyfriend. Getting back on track today, I haven't really worked out in the last week! NAMECurrent WeightGOAL…

Week 16! Right in the middle of summer and all the temptations that come with it. I'm still bouncing back from my week and a half out of town. But of course I returned to kickball two nights in a row, a visit from a friend, and then a weekend with my boyfriend at the pool, seeing fireworks, and then water tubing. I tried…

Awesome!! I actually think I'm wearing that exact same dress that you're describing today. White eyelet on the bottom, kind of a corset style top with thin straps. Anyway, congrats on fitting into the size 14 dress! AE runs small too I've found!

I just tell them that we don't magically gain weight overnight, so we can't magically lose it overnight either! And it really doesn't take the impossible, just stop eating junk and start moving! And I've been there with the sarcasm. Especially when I've been asked "what I used" as in pills, diet products, books, whatever.…

Hey girlie! I think 17 lbs by your wedding is very reasonable, it's only a little over a pound a week. Definitely make sure you keep close track of your calories and eat enough, I've found that 1500 works for me and that's set to lose 1/2 a week. But, I was actually losing more than that in the beginning of June when I…

I think in your case, it's a terrible indicator of health. You're probably muscular, which adds weight without adding inches. BMI scale only takes into account your height and weight, not body composition. If you haven't figured out your body fat, I'd be that's probably in the healthy range, if not the fitness range (I've…

Awesome :) On that topic, would any of you current participants be interested in a part 4? I know we've already had several of you (!!!!) hit the 20 pound mark, and a few others that could probably use a few extra weeks to get there (myself included, even tho I'm only aiming to lose 11 pounds or so total). So, who's up for…

I somewhat followed it for the first half of the program, then went on my own and just ran as long as possible and stopped to walk when I had to. Eventually after a few months total I worked my way up to running the entire 5K distance. I ran my first 5K in May of this year and finished in under 40 minutes! I've run 2 5Ks…

We're actually in Week 15 out of 20 in this challenge and I closed it to new members back around week 3 or 4. That's just so we can all be on the same page for progress. However, I'm planning to do a Part 4 if there's interest in it and you're welcome to join us with that in a few weeks!

I'm a fan of them. I mix sweet tea and peach together. Some people don't like the artificial sweeteners, but I've never had a problem with them. I regularly use Truvia in my coffee every morning. And I drink diet soda. It hasn't affected my ability to lose weight at all, as you can see from my ticker below.

Hey everyone! Hope you all had a great long weekend! I finally have returned home, and thus returned to my scale, after being out of town for a week and a half. I'm up to 151.0 at the moment, but once I get back to eating regular food and regular exercise, I should be fine. But I'll fess up to it on here and post it,…

Finally back to normal! I just returned from a weeklong business trip followed by 3 days in Jersey with the family. And I'm definitely up from having to eat restaurant food for nearly 2 weeks straight! I'll fess up to it. Hopefully by next week it's back down to the 147 that I started with! LOVE Bells Oberon! Heavy Seas is great too, I just tried Holy Sheet, hahaha

My boyfriend got me into craft beer (I'm drinking a Karl Strauss Red Trolley as I type this), and while beer may have been a factor in stalling for 6 months, I have been drinking and losing in June. But, I have 2 beers maybe 3 on a weekend night when we go out. Its not nightly, except for this week since I'm on a business…

Hey everyone, this is Week 14! I'm currently in Southern California on a business trip, so I posted the last number that I saw on the scale on Saturday morning. Then I had Brewfest with my boyfriend on Saturday and I flew out to California yesterday afternoon. I won't have my scale for the next week and a half! And I'll be…

My weigh in for this week is 147.2, whoot! Getting thru these annoying 140s! Its not a big loss, but its still a loss. The downside is that I'm going to be on a business trip all next week and won't be able to do the last weigh in!!! Boooo. I can record the last weight I have on here as of Sunday morning and that will have…

I'm 5'3" and 147 but my diary is public so feel free to investigate.

I got stuck in the 150s (right at 150) for 6 months, and I was 147 this morning so I think I've finally figured out how to bust it. But it really required looking at my eating and cutting out the bad habits. - Started bringing healthy lunches to work instead of relying on the cafeteria or going out somewhere, MUCH less…
