I am eating based on my bodies needs and have maintained for two months. The nights I run I do eat a bit more that day to make sure I have enough energy for my run. I am interested what others say.

It does work. I underestimated it too. After the first time doing the Bum Bum tape. I could hardly walk for three days. My arms and abs and of course my legs are all getting tone.

This is what I was going to say. Just be careful to let the blister bandaid come off on its own. If you take it off it will take the blister with it.. ouch.. found this out the hard way when I was training for the breast cancer 3 day walk. Good luck!
