Slow and steady...now at 1.8%. Have lowered my carbs some more this week, so far so good!

Oh dear, I haven't lost this week - I've gained! Back to my starting weight, so running total is 0% :noway: I really hope it's water weight as I'm a few days in to the 30DS...

Thanks guys - that's helpful. I don't usually eat a lot of nuts but I'll certainly start! I should look into the Atkins bars too..does anyone know if I can get these at a supermarket in the UK?
