you might be dehydrated - try drinking more water and see if it helps. also try just taking a 20 minute walk - you probably will have to force yourself into it but try it. have you had your bloodwork done lately?:smile:

if it is not better and it has been 3 weeks you better go to the doctor don't you think? you don't want a permanent injury do you? I know how you feel I don't like going to the doctor either?
