Hi!! I am on the fence about ordering the DVD's... I was chatting with a woman at Fleet Feet who said that she started the DVD's because it helped her build muscles where she needed it to improve her running. Which makes sense in a weird way. I only hesitate because I am the least coordinated being in the known Universe.
