  • HAHA I meant sedentary...not sedative. whoops!
  • I always do sedative , so that whatever I do that is not just sitting all day, I may add. Of course, one day I may sit a lot if my 3 month old son is being extra clingy, or another day I am on my feet all day at work. It's just easier this way.
  • Ugh. I know the feeling! I was the exact same way! I never ate that many sweets before, but when I got pregnant, that is all I wanted!! I ended up gaining way too much and I was wanting to lose weight even before I got pregnant to begin with! Things that I learned was: - Don't start a new or more vigorous workout schedule…
  • This is very true. I am tall and have decent sized feet, but about average sized shoulders. Needless to say, I may be more competitive in either swimming or volleyball. However, when I was young, I wanted to be a gymnast or an ice skater....until I realized that tall people don't often do too well in those sports.
  • I was thinking about this back when I was doing a lot of swimming and then it popped up again with the Olympics. I like how the gymnasts have good, strong legs and arms, but I also like the lean-ness of the runners. The thing is-I love to swim and workout, but I don't want a swimmer or body builder's body! haha
  • Congrats on quitting smoking!
  • I am getting married in a couple of years.......on the beach. I think that pretty much explains itself. However, I also just want to feel prettier. I am constantly surrounded by people skinnier than me (and shorter) however I mainly want to FEEL better-both mentally and physically.
  • Thanks everyone!

  • I try to add it to cardio, but it keeps putting it on strength training. Thanks, btw, for the help!

  • I do have a question. I did 60 situps today and yet it doesn't count how many calories I have burned. How do I get it to add the calories I have burned?

  • Hello! I am new here. I was on something very similar to this on about.com but after forgetting about it a couple of months, I couldn't find it again. So...here I am!
