I'm 5'2 started out @ 155 and i'm currently @ 139. I eat around 1500 calories a day including my exercise calories and I lose around a pound a week if not more. Soo for the weekly challenge, I ran 1.58miles today bringing my total to around 3miles for the week!! How are you ladies feeling about this week? I know today that I had a very bad food day :ohwell: but I am hoping to make up for it this weekend!! Hopefully I come out of this weekend with a loss!!!

I'm going to log my milage but I'm not aiming for the 25 miles this week, its just to unrealistic for me. I'm going to stick with my 5K training plan that I already have in place for myself. Anyways, I ran 1.5 miles this morning =)
