That's awesome, it's getting harder the older I get! But I've lost a good 80 and gained about 30 of it back than had back surgery and just starting to get back into it.

I had the Wii Fit plus and the Wii board my board broke after a few months of use. I use the xbox kinnect now and I love it much better than the board. I do the UFC work out and find its a good work out. on my 2nd 30 day challenge.

My weight as of last saturday was 188 My measurements as of last Saturday were: waist-41 hips-43.5 upper arm- 13 upper thigh- 23.5 chest-41.5 I hope its not too late

I try to have a protein shake, and put fruit in it. I use a brand from Walmart, it's the cheapest and when I was thinking of getting a lap-band surgery that what they recommended me to use. as far as carbs go, I cook white rice and whole wheat pasta..
