Did the first day yesterday - first thought is she for real? is this actually physically possible??? LOL! It was so hard, i was trembling doing the abs stuff. but i think i will like parts of it better than level 2.

Totally agree with that Pinky - level 2 is flying by. I know you guys don't agree with me, but i'm hoping for less planks in level 3! Wouldn't mind trying a climbing wall too - or and nothing to do with fitness here - one of those segways, have you seen those? they look like loads of fun xx

Hi, I put my knees together too on that one. Also I don't do the last move on level two - i do another set of double crunches instead. I wasn't sure if i was doing it right and i hated it so i thought why not just do something you're defo getting something out of. Otherwise i am a slave to jillian!

Hi, I'm back with you aftre missing a day yesterday. Am finding the planking easier now - did the proper plank jacks today instead of just steps. Felt quite good actually - it needs to be - i've had a very alcohol and carb filled weekend!

Day 9 done! Not too bad - even managed all the raises though it still hurts. Haven't peeked at level two - i'm hoping they have new outfits on for it! Don't l;like the sound of this planking business much!!!

Day 8 done! Getting excited for level 2! Today the abs felt really good. Still can't do proper press ups - still doing them on my knee, but did manage to do the side lunges and lifts all the way through. We are getting strong, good luck all xxx

struggled with day 4 -starting to dread the strength bits coming round! Have had a pain in side of neck and achilles ever since which is probabl;y a sign of me doing things wrong!! We're away fro a couple of days now so I'll see you all again on day 7. Keep at it (though suspect we'll all be decrepit by the end of it!!!!!)

I don't do any other exercise apart from cycle to work and back (4 miles) one day a week, need to do more. I have a question actually -what happens after the 30 days? Do you just do the dvd again??

Hiya, I've done day three, feel really good now, but it hurt at the time, particularly my arms and lifting the wights to eye level. ouch!!! How have you got on?

Really pleased I saw this thred, as I too coincidently started shred yesterday. I am aching a bit today but still looking forward to doing more later today.
