I'm the same, have just found some dark chocolate coated rice cakes in my local supermarket. Delicious, filling and only 86 calories !

I can most definitely see a difference. Sometimes its hard for us to realise the difference in our own bodies, I usually go not only by the scales but by how differently I feel in my clothes. Well done with this, and keep going, you're doing a great job :)

I see so its about volume. Fat takes up more volume that muscle which is why i'm changing shape but not weight, thanks. Was feeling quite de-motivated about staying the same weight !

I would be interested, have to get down to 10st 4 (144lb) (doctors recommendation) and am currently 13st 10.5 (192.5lb) so have 48.5 lbs to go and i've never stuck to a diet before ! eek !
