Depends on the instructor. I teach Zumba. My class is yes very cardio, but I have 3-4 "fitness" songs in there. Those songs focus on a muscle area: arms, abs, glutes. My students want that full body workout and I try to deliver, while still keeping it fun.

I'd like to know this too. I do take magnesium for cycle migraines but it hasn't done anything for the night sweats, mood and weight gain.

This is me! I'm 43 and in peri and it's awful. Put on 20 pounds over night and they refuse to budge, I lose 2 pounds and gain it right back. The night sweats, mood swings and crankiness are not helping either. I stick to 1200 calories a day, Zumba 3 times a week, back to running again. Why won't the scale budge?

No need to live with them, but the glide on. Band Aid has some or you can just use Body Glide too.

You have to wear wicking socks and maybe even blister glide on your feet. I only need the glide when I'm walking long distances, but always wear my wicking socks.
