ok here's a weird one. I usually keep my log around 2 pounds heavier than what the scale says, i weigh every day but I only log a loss if I have seen that same weight a few days in a row, in my mind so I know it has "stuck" sort of, if that makes sense. im 5'2" 42 yrs old. my goal is 120 but am more happy when i get down to 116... though i just can't seem to maintain that. If I get lower i look ill. right now about 130 and not happy.

I am not a morning person but I do prefer to get the work out done/over with first thing.. which means I am usually at the gym by 7:15am on week days or a bit later (i sleep in) on weekends. I used to go at night after work but its too busy, hard to find parking and have to wait to get on cardio or weights. meh
