  • Mine is 130 -- perhaps too small for my height (5'8).
  • You will love 30 Day Shred -- I combined the workout today (week 1) with a 2-mile jog and I can feel my muscles as I'm writing this post!
  • I've been having the same issue (net calories) and I struggle with not wanting to eat too close to bedtime but knowing that I am not doing my metabolism any good if I'm not eating the required number of daily calories (for me its 1200). I will keep trying, though!
  • I've used the 30 Day Shred before and it is an awesome workout. You just reminded me to pick it up again -- try pairing it with a 2-mile run or 20-30 minute walk and you've got an awesome workout! I may do it tomorrow!
