That is actually great progress, I think that maybe our bodies, at first, it's hard for them to change from not eating healthy to eating healthy..so it may take a little while for your body to understand what is going on.   • awesome! That is so great, I am the same way. 1 BIG number is overwhelming, but small steady weekly goals help! I have lost 36 pounds so far! so if I can do it, so can you! I had to pray for strength often, but God gave me the strength and self control, its a daily thing though!
