Yes, I did but only using 5lbs well 10 because I had a one in each hand. What if I do them without any weight? I really don't want to sacrifice my form, but I guess even doing them without weights would strengthen my core right?

Yea the program called for squats but said leg lifts are an okay alternative. I tried the squats but I just couldn't get through them yet, I am going to keep trying to add then because I can see how they would work the core. Maybe I will do as many squats as i can ( correctly) and finish with the leg press.…

Trust me I am happy that I am loosing but right now its just a abstract thing I am seeing no physical results. If feels no different, and with all the hard work I have been doing I just want to feel some sort of concrete reward. more than just digital numbers.

Thanks. Everyone! I forgot to mention I have been lifting weights for about 2 weeks so I can try to keep muscle while I loose weight. I am just anxious to see a difference but I need to learn to be patient.

Yes I have been looking at this as well I am not only large framed but large chested. and Boobies weight a lot! But I have enough to loose that I am just going to start with small goals but I would love to be back at 180 which is still 30 lbs over my "ideal" weight.

Thanks everyone, I do weigh/measure my food when I can. thats the first thing I do before I decide what I want to eat, look at the serving size vs calories and decide if its worth it. I suppose bumping my calories up by 400 is not going to be a huge deal. I have noticed that my jeans are fitting better. I refuse to weigh…

Well My BMR is 1894 and my TDEE is 2604 So maybe I am not eating enough? I'm not feeling deprived, but maybe I should try a net number between the two? is that what you mean? I just re-started today too, I got to week 3 but then my kids took turns getting sick, so It was almost 3 weeks before I could get back to it and I was afraid to pick up where I left off. Today went pretty good, I really enjoy running!
