I have this in my home but from a different company. We have an elliptical, treadmill, bench, etc. We make our rounds in the morning to each machine. I want to be able to do cardio and strength training, so it it works great for our routine. If you know you're not going to use it as a clothes hanger then go for it! :0)

Yes, definitely! If you haven't already, I would take measurements now. It's better to know somewhat what it is than nothing at all. The scale is very deceiving...especially if you're building muscle. I would way myself once a week.

Whenever I don't know what the calorie intake is I Google it. For instance, Google calories for grilled chicken. You should find a website that tells you what the calories, fat, etc is. Hope this helps! ;0)

Advocare recommends that you eat 5-6 times a day...smaller portions. For those that are misusing the shakes it's not Advocare's fault....they are supposed to be used when you are on the go and don't have time to eat like most people. For me, it's better to grab that than an oversized McDonalds double pounder hamburger…

I'm a Zumba Instructor as well, and it definitely helps abs, arms, buttocks, legs, etc. I started incorporating weights in my class last month...works out great for extra toning.
