I'm having trouble following your post, but are you tracking all food? Can you open your diary? Really that's all you need to do to lose. Weight loss happens in the kitchen, fitness in the gym. Have you seen a doctor about your headaches and weight? They can check you for any medical conditions that may slow weight loss.…

it is much harder for me. I think everyone's different

gosh I feel so bad for you. Your life really is terrible. Talk about true suffering.
-
so you did it for others?

not sure what CICO is but I've re-read the OP and don't really think she has an ED either. She went and ate fast food, junk, and beers all week. Sounds like she's able to eat fine then feels guilty after. Normal. She needs to pick a plan and do it in a healthy way. And maybe you should give her some space to focus on her…

Yes she needs a doctor and/or nutritionist. I'm guessing is also getting a LOT of attention from you it seems. She can eat all foods and count calories to lose weight. No point saying she vegetarian when clearly she's not.

Just a cold or mild cough it's fine. Fever, body aches or vomiting then no!!

I've jogged with my dog who is now 14 months since she was about 6-7 months with our vets ok. Granted I jog pretty slow (10-11 min miles ) and she's not even working hard. I never jog her more than 3 miles, but will walk her up to 5. She's very active and without a walk or jog causes more trouble. She loves it. She's a…

does his school have a speed and strength program in the summer? My 14 yr old is a wrestler as well and does the high school strength program (run by football program but open to anyone). It's 4 days a week 8-10:30 am doing running, conditioning, and weights. He also does multiple camps And weekly practice at a wrestling…

thanks and yes I would try them on. I've been running for about 3 years, with my longest race being a 10 mile. I've yet to find a perfect shoe that I've stuck with. I've gotten fitted and used many brands. They have all worked fine. I just don't know many that use altras and I like to get reviews and personal opinions.…

are you very muscular with very little fat? Because 9% is low, not that I don't believe you but at only 5'8" you must be pretty muscular and lean. My husband is 6' and 165-170 lb and I don't think he's that low,
-
yes but you do realize your body can fluctuate many pounds which is totally normal. To worry about ounces if your clothes fit the same and you look the same seems pretty silly if you really think about it. Maybe you should not weigh yourself for a while, if it causes you that much worry!!!!
-
it's more possible for a male but 180 at 5'8" it sounds off.
-
How did you gain weight??
-
What is your height? No you should not have to do 2.5-4 hrs of cardio a day, most people don't go to such drastic methods. His closely do you track your food?
-
agree they could do more but why? You do it for them
-
Do you have shoes that have been recommended and fitted at a running store?
-
So to get this straight, you are worried about a few ounces???
-
Are you confident in your exercise cal burns? They seem high. I don't have any trouble eating my cals so I don't have much advice.
-
1 week is not a plateau. You won't lose every week.
-
Out of breath yes, chest burning no (that's just my experience.) hope you can quit. My aunt died of lung cancer and it was the worst most heartbreaking and painful death I could ever imagine.

doubtful

like I said earlier I'm not familiar with refeeds, but with 150 lb to lose not sure you would need to do this.
