Well,if you are talking about sweating during working out, that is normal and deoderant won't prevent all sweating. Your body is made to sweat.
-
are you able to get outside to run?
-
Did you go from no running to 25 minutes? You need to very gradually increase time and distance and do walking/running intervals. Run slower, and gradually increase time running each interval. Neck pain is not normal, and you should figure out what you are doing to cause it. What exercise causes your pain?
-
Is that you in your profile pic? If so, it does not look like you need to lose 40 lb. Drink malts or shakes, scrambled eggs, protein shakes, ice cream, soups of any kind, jello, applesauce, any soft foods would be fine!
-
Are you trying to lose weight?
-
Yes you are over thinking it. Eat within your calorie limit, move more, eat less
-
Yes you need more water. I think it's obvious if you pass out and have had issues before.
-
Just eat at a deficit, start walking for exercise. No need to pay for a personal trainer, especially if you are new to exercise. Start slow.
-
It's normal to be that way at first!
-
I don't know what a stone is so can't tell if you really are underweight
-
how much do you weigh and how much do you want to gain?
-
go get measured?
-
So is this something you are planning to stick to long term? Sounds miserable to me. You say you feel pretty great, but you actually don't right? You feel sluggish and don't have energy? How is that healthy? I would have some bread/carbs and just count calories. This sounds awful and not worth it to me.
-
142 sounds healthy for your height.
-
Are you counting calories? Make sure to do something you can maintain long term.
-
ok it sounds as though she has other issues, isn't just a typical thin kid. I have a daughter who us in the 10% for weight and I do not count her calories or push foods but she is thriving otherwise. I'm sorry if I jumped to conclusions. I see a lot of people pushing the oils And fats and shakes and I feel if a kid is is…
-
i have a hard time with some of these. Is she dangerously underweight? Seems like it creates bad habits. Many kids are small and grow into adults with weight problems. My kids are small for their age but I'm not going to start to force feed them and add oil and fat to everything. And encourage mindless eating and eating…

if he's gone from 70 lb to 85 lb then that's a big growth!
-
What's your big mistake???
-
Doesn't it taste really artificial?
-
is this sugarless gum? I would be hesitant to eat that much of anything
-
Weight fluctuates.
-
a 115 lb man?!?!!! Way too thin!!!
-
I think your exercise burns are a bit high but you aren't eating them anyway. If you truly are logging accurately then you should be losing, so stick with it.
-
I doubt you gained that much muscle in that short of time. I think your measurements were off.
-
I think a trip to the doctor makes sense as well as it seems you have a lingering injury
-
i would call and follow up
-
Yes I have and had 1 biopsy as well. So far all benign
-
Think you need to eat more than 900 cal

You shouldn't be so tired after short workouts. When you walk try having your child in a stroller so you can go faster. I'd start with just walking since you seem to have trouble with anything else. Could it be a mental thing? If your dr gives you the ok just go it he on and try to keep active and busy.
