Working out when I work 60 hours a week

I work 60-65 hours a week 6 days a week at a hard physical labour job -- mostly outside. I'm losing about 1 lb a week eating 2400 calories. On my one day off a week my whole body aches and I really can't stand the idea of working out except for some light walking. Currently 5'6 and 132 lbs, female. Will this ruin my diet?.

I could be wrong but at your height you seem to be in the correct weight range....perhaps just squeeze in some strength training and muscle building..to lean you out some

No it won't ruin your diet. If you stall on weight loss then you may need to increase your calories more than decrease them.

Based on your previous post, you're not eating anything like 2400 cals
