Your stair treadmills cal burns look pretty high as well so if you are eating back your exercise cals be careful using them all

how do you get your exercise burns? Seem a bit high. Maybe get checked out at the doctor, because eating only 1000 cal you should definately be losing weight. Maybe you have a medical issue.

your weight can fluctuate. You can't gain muscle eating that little, so it's not that.

i have to agree. People are saying he's a jerk, so what should he do? Pretend he's attracted to someone he's not. Even if you were 120 lb he may not have been attracted to you? Happens all the time. I'm guessing he probably wanted to be but just wasn't. He's not the one.

just breathe how you feel comfortable. There is no rule how you have to breathe for running.

Why does it say you have 175 lb to lose? You are probably eating a bit too much still

You can't build muscle eating that little. The muscle needs calories to develop. You can't build muscle on a deficit and you wouldn't build much in 3 weeks.

If it tracks your total daily burn then you don't count all of them, some of them sync with MFP and adjust cals as needed. What type do you have?

I think many people hate running at first because it's hard when you first start. I grew to like it more as I got better at it. Granted that took about 6 months.

I would try a morning run, eating and not eating to see what you prefer. Eat your normal breakfast foods, nothing new. Maybe smaller amount. You don't need special food or drink prior to a 5k. Don't wear anything new either, wear what you are used to and comfortable in based on the forecast.

If you honestly get so nervous and anxious you don't enjoy it, I wouldn't sign up. Its for fun and costs money I'm assuming. I wouldn't do them if I didn't enjoy it.

nope not running and not eating at a deficit. Running is great but not at building muscle

Start by committing to something you can maintain long term. Obviously that isn't paleo. Whether it's MFP or ww, stick to it.

You can open your diary to get suggestions if you want. Are you still trying to lose weight, or maintain? You are either underestimating your food cals or overestimating your exercise cals.what kind of exercise are you doing for 2 hours?

I find it really sad that you don't feel you can go out with your kids and enjoy a meal. Why lose all this weight if you can't enjoy your life? its a HE so 120 is really low unless HE is 5' tall
