  • Took the day off today, hurt my back so I've been resting, icing, heating, stretching, and resting. Looks like tomorrow may be the same, but I did make it to the gym to sit in the hot tub so I am still in the routine of going...if I lose that, then I may stop all together.

  • Day 1, I barely made it through one minute, but I did all ten. I wasn't able to do jumping jacks all the way through, but I kept moving. My husband was a little better than me, but we were both winded at the end of 10minutes. I DID IT!

  • Thanks everyone, I think tonight I'm going to saute them in a little butter and put on our chicken burgers with BBQ sauce and make some mashed potatoes with leeks then maybe add some to our fresh baked green beans. I will be using whole grain buns. MMMmm, I'm excited for dinner now.
