  • yes but not intense workout. I usually just walk or bike slowly. I used to workout intensely on my cycle and it would prolong the cycle for the whole week. When i don't workout or just exercise lightly, my cycle is gone in 3-4days which i prefer!
  • soda, hamburgers, peanut butter, condiments of any type, pies, candy, cheesecake, ice cream. I'm not real big on sweets. I can eat a cookie every now and then but its definitely something i can do without. I'm more of a salty type of person.
  • im a recovering binge eater but back in my high school and college days, my binges averaged around 4000-5000 cals 2x a week. Then I would spend the following two days exercising for 2hrs to "get rid" of the excess calories, which caused more binging..lol My weakness was CHIPS of any variety, cereal (cinnamon toast crunch &…
  • I noticed i've been sweating A LOT more since i started weight lifting and i never sweat a lot before. Maybe its related to muscle mass and the people that aren't sweating just don't have much muscle..LOL
  • i agree that spaghetti squash is good or u can try quinoa pasta. I bought some the other day but haven't cooked it yet, so i have no idea how it taste.
  • my sister said they have been helping increase her energy levels. I haven't tried them yet but i will pick some up during my next grocery trip
  • Thanks for the encouraging words. I'm still a recovering binge eater so i still eat over 3000 calories at least once a week and try to off set the damage by fasting or over exercising but your post helped me realize to not STRESS over one FREAKING day..lol
  • SW: 164 6ft, pear shaped and wore 10 and some 8's CW: 157 and wear 6-8 Goal weight: i can wear 4-6 at 150. I don't look too much into sizes because women's clothing are never consistent.
  • Probably around 4-7. I don't know why that period before dinner is the hardest. I try to workout right after work to help pass the time but it doesn't always work. I'm just glad i got over my late night snacking, that was the worst!
  • I'm not really into ice cream but when I do crave it I eat the so delicious bars, its pretty low in calories (80-100) or get the arctic zero protein ice cream at whole foods. Its pretty pricey for a pint but helps with the cravings and VERY low calorie. Its around 35 per serving
  • 6'0 157 currently and i wear anything from 4-10 depending on the fit.
  • I used to eat 1200-1500 and lost weight quickly but I had the rebound effect of gaining 5 lbs back when i tried to increase my calories. Now, I eat about 2000-2200 but im fairly active 5x/week cardio, 2x weight lifting. I'm still losing but its more around .75/lb a week. I really want to reach my goal and KEEP IT OFF this…
  • I'm 6 feet and my goal weight is 153 or so. I've been at my goal weight a few times already but keep gaining back 5lbs. I was about a size 4-6 and can't imagine being any smaller nor would i want to! Now im back up to 158, which is fine from the top half, but im a pear shaped so my thighs annoy me at this weight...lol
