  • I have tried about every fat burner on the market as well (but don't sell any  ). Hydroxycut may work great for some but it made me very jittery. Like thought I was going to have a heart attack jittery. I had to quit using anything becuase of my stomach issues, but the best I used was the BSN fat burner.
  • I cry listening to the radio all the time :) I really am crazy. Recently, I have cried to This Ain't Nothin' by Craig Morgan. I also cry to She's Gonna Fly by Collin Raye. It reminds me of my Grandmother. I also cry to a lot of songs that have already been mentioned.
  • Bumping to review again later :)
  • Exact same weight. I'll take it. The last few weeks have been SO emotionally challenging for so many reasons and I have always been an emotional eater. Further, I have been so emotionally exhausted that I only worked out 2 times last week. I am also having a chronic gastritis flare and I am terrible for trying to eat…
  • Hello! Can I join? I got my lazy but out of the bed this morning and did chest and back. This is like my 4th day 1, had some issues each time, but I am dead set on sticking with it this time. I think I can do it with my mind set this time and with a little motivation from you guys. :blushing: Sarah
  • I definately understand. A few months ago I was diagnosed with chronic gastritis (after months of hearing wrong diagnoses). I am still struggling with how to keep it under control. I thought I would mention that my vomiting is now controlled with a muscle relaxer Bentyl. I think it is typically for IBS and reducing the…
  • Ok, my Monday weigh in: 167.6 While this is a drop from last Monday (minimal), I actually weighed in about Thursday and was down to 167.1 so I am really up 0.5 lbs. Oh well, I knew it was coming. I didn't do very well this weekend and my TOM is right around the corner. This is a new week!
  • Yesterday was not the best. I *think* I was under my calorie goal, but I didn't get everything counted. I'm sure it was close though. I did exercise for about an hour (P90X Chest and Back). My real struggle was with the water. In fact, that is pretty much a constant struggle. I do not like water. I'm still trying though.…
  • Hey guys! I would absolutely LOVE to join. This is keep me accountable through the holidays :) I have joined other challenges and have never really followed through. I am dedicated this time and I weighed today! Starting weight: 209 Current weight: 171.2 Christmas: 142 Goal: 135
  • Hi all! I am on Day 1, Week 3. I too have attempted P90X and not gotten all the way through, but this time is going to be different. Its great to have so many fellow P90Xers on this site for support and info :) I've also tried a few Insanity workouts and it is HARD. While I love P90X, I have to agree with other posters,…
  • All of the above (except airline seats because I don't fly LOL). Pictures are the worst. Second would be when you try really hard to look good and think you are hot in your new smaller clothes and realize you still look fat. That makes me even more depressed because I realize how big a WAS and didn't really know it. Also,…
  • Thanks for all the support guys. Day 3! Did shoulders and arms this morning at 5:30 am. I'll have to do ARX tonight. I ran out of time before I had to get the little ones moving. The first few days are always the hardest for me to stay motivated but after that it becomes a habit (the getting up part is the worst). I…
  • I cook it with water (in the microwave) and then add fat free milk, 1/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder, cinamon, and sometimes slivered almonds.
  • I restarted P90X on Monday. This was a third start for various reasons, but I love the workouts. I can't do pull ups at all. I use the resistance bands I that's all I ever plan on using for P90X because the pull up bar would not work on ANY of the doors in my house so I sold it. However, my second time around I did like 65…
  • I did it yesterday and while I agree it does work your hips, I can tell you that my abs are screaming today. They definately got worked. Especially my upper abs. Maybe I have really weak abs, or really strong hip flexors so I got to work my abs... Yeah, I'll assume that.
  • I have the exact same problem. I thought it was just me. I think mine is that psychologically my mind tells my stomach to pipe down on workout days because it doesn't want to go through all that hard work for nothing. LOL Seriously though, I think that subconsciously the idea that I put effort into it makes me also want to…
  • Welcome to MFP!
  • Welcome to MFP! Being accountable and seeing the success of others has really helped me and I'm sure it will help you too!
  • Hello. Is it too late to join this challenge? My baby was sick last week so I didn't log in much at all, but I do know my September 1st weight. It was 168. So, although I think I am up a few pounds to about 170 (monthly fluctuation), I hope to be down to 163 by the end of the month! I do my official weigh in on Saturday…
  • It was a great investment for me. Using the Wii kickstarted my weight loss although now I don't use it as much. Actually, when I do use the Wii Board to exercise, I use a different game (actually 2 games other than Wii Fit). That's why it had been so long since my last Wii Fit weigh in. The other exercise games I use…
  • Thanks everyone. My starting weight was with the Wii and I actually think I'm going to completely switch to it, not becuase it reads lower, but becuase it is always availble to me when I want to use it so I can weight naked, first thing in the morning if I want :) Or at least until I get my own home scale. This discrepency…
  • I loved this thread, although I was always a Budweiser (full flavor) girl. I also like margaritas, long island iced teas, etc. I had started drinking A LOT there for a while and I think that had a lot to do with my weight gain. I'm not always a hungry drunk (although when your friends stick stuff under your nose while…
  • Hey. I'm a Mommy too and I think we have similar weight loss goals. I will send you a friend request if you would like to be weight loss buddies.
  • Hey! Congratulations! I would love to have some weight loss buddies if you would like to add me :)
  • Ok, not exactly on topic, but the Elvis post brought this to mind. A coffee shop here in town has a drink called an "Almost Elvis". It is so good. They blend ice chips, fat free plain yogurt, peanut butter, banana, flax seed, and honey. I sometimes ask them to add protein powder for me and call it breakfast. They also have…
  • Count me in. Yea!!! I want to lose 20 lbs by then. That puts me at 155.
  • Ok, so I know this post is a few days old, but I am having a terrible craving and was searching for something to fix and had to chime in. I LOVE peanut butter and banana sandwiches. I like them toasted with the bananas sliced. I have also used almond butter. I've never heard of the mayo thing and I'm from WV. Anyway, these…
