Hi! I started last year in June just wanting to lose weight. I NEEDED to lose weight anyways but now we're talking about having another baby. Hoping to start trying in Sept. So now my goal is to lose as much as I can and to be in better shape by Sept. =)

In January of 2011 I weighed 297. Today, I weigh 222.9 I am so close to onederland. I should probably get down to like 130 but we'll see.

I am a SAHM mommy to a 2 yr old daughter. I have mine set at lightly active. This is mainly due to the fact that I do vacuum, do laundry, and dishes daily as well as other cleaning. I also exercise 5-6 days a week as well. Hope this helps a bit!

On average I drink 8 cups a day. I buy the flavored water from walmart, clear american. It's 32 oz a bottle. I refill them a few times and then get new ones. So I know if I drink 2 of those bottles a day it's my 8 cups.

70lbs isn't hopeless! You can do it! I started out at 297 and last friday weighed in at 226. Thats 71 lbs. I still have a ways to go but if I can do it you can do it!

If it's my husband talking to me, I like beautiful, pretty, and sexy. If it's just a random person pretty will do. Cute is what my 2 year old daughter calls our dog. cat. and bunny. haha.

I have over 50lbs to lose and I have it set at 1.5/week. Also, I am at light activity. I think I might be getting a HRM for Christmas, if not I'll probably get one shortly after. I am just going by MFP for now. I also try and google my exercises as well to see how close it matches up.

I don't. But I feel like I need to lately. I have a 2 year old throwing temper tantrums like crazy and I'm feeling more stressed than normal. I think I need to set aside some time to meditate and just calm down. =) I'll have to look into this.

I just found a site that says turbo sculpt burns 564 cals in an hour for someone who weights 154 lbs. I guess I'll go from here and do the math. Hopefully its kind of close! =) Thanks everyone.

turbo sculpt is more of like squats, lunges etc. with weights. Not much cardio going on. I usually log turbo jam under kickboxing but this doesn't seem to be the same so I wasn't sure.

I totally recommend zumba. I LOVE it! Burns tons of calories and it's a lot of fun! I have used the 30DS and I find I get bored with it easily. It's a great workout but I can't do it for more than a few days at a time. Acutally, I haven't done it in a while my friend now has my DVD. Try out a zumba class. =) It has helped…

Hardees has a charbroiled chicken sandwich. I get it in a lettuce wrap. It's somewhere around 250 cals I think.

The only thing I can think of is going to bed earlier the night before so you can be up earlier the next day and still get your 8 hours in.
