The last time I went to McD's I got a grilled chicken snack wrap with no cheese or sauce and the smallest fruit and yogurt parfait. I don't remember how bad it was calorie was but I don't think It was so bad.

Today I took 2 white corn tortillas, cut up cherry tomatoes, green bell pepper, red onion, and banana pepper and broiled it in the oven. Then I had a salad on the side with Lite Toasted Asian salad dressing. It was yummy and full of veggies as well!

Last night I was really hungry when I was trying to fall asleep. It was late though and I sure wasn't going to be doing any midnight snacking. This morning I didn't seem to be starving when I woke up but I did get hungry once I started cooking breakfast.

Welcome to MFP. It's a great time to start living a healthier life. This site has helped me lose 24 lbs in about 55 days or so. Not only that, I feel better about myself, make healthier choices, and I'm exercising pretty much daily. =) You can do it!!

I think the problem is you're not eating enough. You shouldn't really go under 1200 cals. Eat back some of your exercise cals and have a snack or two.
