I do that a lot on my rest day. I take a rest day on Sundays and lots of times I barely eat a breakfast since I know the rest of the day I'll be eating a lot.

I watched Marley and Me when I was about 8 months pregnant. BIG mistake. Cries for a long time. But the movie Letters to God had me in tears all night and I almost woke my daughter up giving her kisses while she slept in her crib (she was younger when we watched this) my husband even cried at those as well!

Those are great NSV's. Congrats! I myself want to give running a shot. Never thought I would say that. I need to get some good shoes first though. For now I tried the wii fit free run and did 30 mins without walking at all =) can't wait to get to my first 5k. =) good luck and have fun at your bike race!

Nope no wii board. It comes with a belt that you wear. It has a pocket to put the wii remote in it so you don't have to hold it or anything. Great game!

Try to net 1200 calories a day. Anything under is pretty low and your body will start to store anything it can. And log everything you eat.

Try drinking a big glass of cold water. If that doesn't help then I suggest (as did the other poster) fiber and protein to help you feel full longer. Also, eat back some of your exercise calories.

The wii is my gym lol. I use wii fit, golds gym cardio workout, and zumba =) i'm also looking into getting ea active (I think that's what its called). Other than that I either walk or do the 30DS dvd.

I think you should aim to eat at least 1200 cals daily and from the looks of yesterday it doesn't seemm like you are. Every once in a while it's ok to go under but it's possible you aren't getting enough nutrients. I agree about jillian michaels. I have the 30 day shred by her. It's tough but boy does it work. I stopped doing it gor a month and put it in today and it didn't seem to be as hard as I remember so maybe losing some weight helped me with my endurance. This is exactly what I was going to say. I learned it in pharmaceutical class when I went to school to be a CMA. Check with your doctor to make sure you can take the generic (which most of the time is fine) since it is cheaper.
