Similar stats hoping to get to one-derland this year. The 1st one hundred pounds were easy, these last 60 to 70 are slow. Feel free to add me. I'm finally back to being injury free and have committed to being fit. We can do this!

I've done 2 OTF classes this far. I'm a hot yoga fanatic but looking for something to change it up. I'm now running on a treadmill, something I've never been able to do without having a panic attack. Although it's challenging I'm capable of doing the workout. I may start going more often if my schedule and budget allows it.

I'm looking for more friends on MFP. I've been on this journey for a while. I took a break from weight loss and have been focusing on being able to maintain and build strength. Now that I'm back in the saddle, I just bought a Polar M400 to track my fitness activities. After a week, I love it so far. It's like having a…

I used an elliptical to help me lose my 1st 50 pounds or so but it was mostly diet. I had an awful MCL sprain so I was limited to low impact exercises. I've discovered some HIIT rountines on the elliptical that help me burn more calories but the main way I've lost weight is a clean diet and giving myself a free meal every…

I love that song too. I swear I'm going to dance to it at my wedding

I have a tabletop spiralizer that I bought for about $30 bucks with 3 blades (there is now a 4 blade version) and a hand held version I got for about $10 on Amazon recently. I've used the tabletop version many times. I love zucchini especially sauteed with a little butter some tomatoes and Parmesan cheese. I've almost…

If you're carb sensitive or have insulin resistance low carb may be the way to go. I've had my most success doing a cyclic ketogenic diet. I keep my net carbs under 30g/day and about once every 5-7 days I load up on carbs for a few hours after 5pm. It really helped me with my carb sensitivity. You can do a little research…

My craziest cheat ever all in one day. 60 min hot yoga, then a gyro wrap with tabbouleh salad. Then some froyo with sprinkles. then another hour of restorative yoga followed with Panera - a cup of chicken wild rice soup, 1/2 smokehouse panini, a cinnamon crunch bagel and a chocolate chip hot chocolate. I was up 5 pounds…

I try to follow an 80/20 rule. 80% of the time I eat healthy and I give myself some wiggle room. If I feel like that's too much I try to really restrict the bad foods for at least 21 days or so then I have to have a cheat meal. With this method I'm able to still indulge in whatever suits me and when I do cheat I gain a…

I've been there. Especially with sweet junk food. I can't speak to what will work best for you, but going cold turkey worked best for me. I committed myself to no junk food, no alcohol and no added sugar for 30 days. I felt so great and lost so much weight, especially belly fat, I extended it to 60 days. I learned to cook…

Feel free to add me. I've got about 80 pounds to go. I'm a complete sugar addict myself. Currently in rehab.

I recently went for about a K cup (not like the coffee machines) and now I'm a C/D. I had about 6.5 pounds of tissue removed. Running was terrible. I had to spend about $40 on a good bra just to be able to tolerate any high-impact activity. Being top-heavy can also be detrimental to your posture, making you put excess…

I do Bikram yoga and I can easily burn 1000 cals in one hour if I do every posture and put a good bit of effort into it. I am using my HRM. During my most recent work out of strength training I burned about 700 cals in about 45 min. But I'm pretty heavy. So as I lose weight, I have to workout harder or longer to get big…

How were you able to lose the weight? What was your biggest challenge?

I have just one friend myself. I'd love more to keep me accountable.

I'm really proud of the work you've put into your journey thus far. Way to go. You look great.

I've burned up to 550 when I was really out of shape and pushed myself really hard without stopping. I now burn about 425. I'm still pretty heavy so I burn more.

I've joined the challenge as well. I had to take off day 2, but I've been going strong. I'm so committed to this, it's crazy. I'm able to last longer and longer with each workout.

I just used the 30 day shred level 1. It's my 3rd time doing it. I decided to go all in with my weight loss this time around. I've got a New balance HRM. I think the HRM overestimated my calories burned. I am pretty heavy & out of shape though. It said I burned 527 calories! I guess when I've got over 100# to lose, not too…

Absolutely not! I log everything, even the 5 skittles I had to take the edge off.
