It's one of those things that is personal preference. A lot of people prefer fasted cardio. I feel like vomiting if i eat anything before 9 AM, so i lift fasted in the AM. but NEVER skip your COFFEE!!!!!! Caffeine is amazing! :drinker:

i buy plain greek yogurt too, the protein content is higher and the sugar content is far lower. I add one splenda packet and a splash of vanilla extract and I have instant vanilla yogurt with more protein and less sugar than store bought vanilla greek yogurt.

I went from a TDEE of almost 3000 with my "on my feet running around all day" job, to a TDEE of 1600 with my current office job. I almost never break 5000 steps. Your metabolism is always going. It only stops when you're dead.... I wake up at 5 and only have a cup of coffee before ten and feel great. I work out fasted in the AM too. Sausage and eggs around ten to "break the fast", simply because that is the time i feel hungry.

you don't "need" to cut carbs, but it works for me, personally. but you NEED to eat quite a bit more calories, from a health standpoint, not so much a weight loss one. you'll lose at a slightly slower rate, but you'll be healthier, less tired/crabby/hungry, and will have a lot less loose skin when you're done.
