(disclosure: not a medically trained professional) My opinion is that jogging 30 minutes 3 or 4 times a week is healthy and you can still do that even while trying to recover and gain weight, AS LONG AS you eat enough that day to fuel the workout and get all the calories you need to gain weight. If any part of your brain…

You're gonna get just as many mixed opinions here too... I say there's nothing wrong with eating a lot of eggs. Go for it.

black iced coffee with a scoop of protein powder, in a shaker. I use Trutein Cinnabun. No sweeteners or dairy needed, just the powder, comes out sweet and creamy.

things to think about: -digital is far far superior to a "dial" scale -need a "tare" function so you can put a plate or bowl on the scale, zero it out, then add food -need grams and ounces for sure, some even have ml for liquids - battery type...some have the large button cell batteries that you have to get special to…

how about an egg and a piece of ham or bacon or something...all protein and fats, no carbs or sugars...do that every other day and the more expensive yogurt that you wanted to get on the opposite days, and you can make that container last a week and get more protein overall for the week.

Everyone's body type is different, and the BMI chart for 5'2" allows as low as 102 lbs to be considered healthy. Plus nobody said "100 pounds or less", she said her goal was a range of 100-115. I'm 5'2" 119 and I am aiming for 105-120 as a comfortable range to spend the rest of my life in.

For breakfast, change that to a whole egg fried in butter and real cheese instead of all the fat free stuff. And a slice of toast with peanut butter.

he didn't eat it. it's pre-logged as a plan for later today. he's not "owning up to a setback", it is planned and intentional.

please be a joke. you shouldn't PLAN ahead of time to have 28 alcoholic beverages in one day. and if you're really worried about it, why PLAN to eat 20 cookies? log 6 or 8 and make yourself stick to it, and 8-12 drinks if you must, but not 28! There are plenty of places where you could still enjoy the foods you…

if you log less calories or more calories than your goal, the number will be way off, but the number is not "unrealistic", it is based on MATH. If you "eat like this EVERY DAY, in 5 weeks you will weigh..." this means if you log a low day and click it, it runs the numbers based on that amount of calories every day for 5…

no offense, but, 125 is perfectly fine for her height, and she is asking about putting on muscle, which will make the scale go up, so did you even read?

a good place to start is to google Stronglifts 5X5 and Starting Strength. In general, you will need a barbell and a pile of plates, as well as a bench and squat rack. if you go dumbbells instead of barbell, if you don't have space for a barbell, invest in a top quality set of adjustable ones, rather than many sets of…

your goal puts you in the underweight category. I strongly consider re-evaluating. As a 5'9" teen, on the lowest end of healthy weight range, you should be eating a LOT more than 1200 just to maintain.
