I'm in the middle of watching Dr Oz and there was this girl that lost 200 pounds and she went step by step into saying it was a lifestyle change and how to eat from am to pm.
Should you be drinking creamer in your coffee?? What's your routine???

I lost weight by ignoring Dr. Oz and eating whatever I felt like eating within my calorie goal. Sometimes that means creamer in my coffee and sometimes that means Starbucks.0

If you saw it on Dr. Oz, it's a scam. Google him.0

Dr. Oz has a new magic weight loss plan every single day. If any of them worked he wouldn't need a new one daily. So - first step - stop listening to Dr. Oz.
Yes I drink creamer in my coffee. Usually almond milk, but sometimes creamer. So delicious!!
My routine is to track my food and maintain a calorie deficit.0 -
My morning coffee is not to be messed with.
The rest of the day, I drink water.0 -
My morning coffee will NEVER change. It's not worth it to me to deprive myself. Eat at a deficit and you're good to go.0

There's another thread in a different room that asks for your "Top Three" pieces of advice. I actually answered not to believe anything Dr. Oz says. He's a quack. And he's being investigated for it.0

Almond milk to save calories, whole creamer makes my tummy hurt but I would drink it if I could, Bummer.
Dr Oz is good entertainment when I'm in the mood to laugh but that's all it is - entertainment. Like Jerry Springer and Maury.0 -

I have 2 tablespoons of sugary, artificial creamer (Bailey's bourbon pound cake this week) and 1/4 cup of 2% milk in my coffee every morning.0 -
Just say "no" to Dr. Oz. I put half and half in my coffee and account for it. I just try and stay away from the flavored stuff with all the additives.0

According to the British Journal of medicine over half of what is stated on the show is wrong

Dr. Oz is for entertainment purposes only.
I cannot be held responsible for my actions towards whoever denies me of my coffee (with whatever the heck I feel like putting in it.)0 -

*grabs popcorn to watch the comedy that will commence in this thread*
Coffee with creamer is fine, so is using milk, half and half, or actual cream. Well, unless you're lactose intolerant. Then you gotta be careful. But there's no need to deprive yourself of something small that you love just because some quack said it's not good for you.I like my sugar with coffee and cream.
Too sweet to be sour too nice to be mean...
(sorry, couldn't resist!)
