I agree! Lots of really great info about the thyroid on both. And finding a doctor who will take the time to listen and answer your questions is key. After a lot of reading, when my doc was going to stop when my tsh was at 3.09, I was able to request the chance to at least try bringing it down to a low normal. I felt much…

I was trying the Paleo diet during the time my numbers were great, but I find it very hard to stick to. That could play a part.

Loved the Gov singing Broadway style!

Yes I do! LMAO!

Just got my results this morning. My TSH is through the roof! It shot back up to 9.8!! That's higher than it was when I first went in to get tested. Here's all my results TSH; 9.8 (normal .35-5.0) Free T4:.9 (normal .8-1.5) Free T3: 2.6 (normal 2.2-4.0) Weird that it shot up that high. Does anyone know why that would…

I've been taking a vitamin D3 supplement, as well as a multi, iron, selenium, and krill oil. I just haven't had the money to get all the tests I'd like, because we don't have insurance. It adds up really fast! I'll find out tomorrow what my T3 is at.

Just going GF didn't work as far as weight loss goes in my case. What works for me is to make sure that on top of that, I keep my carbs very low. I'm loosely following the Paleo lifestyle, and it is really doing wonders for me! Hope that helps!

That is fantastic! Glad to hear that you found a doctor who listens. Hope you feel better soon!

Fantastic job!! You are doing great, keep it up!!

You look amazing!! Great job!

Great episode!! I love Morgan, and the actor who plays him is awesome! I hope this isn't the last we see of him. I love that we finally see a softer side of Michonne. I think it's so strange how the group doesn't want her even though she brought back the formula, but take Merle in, let him have a lethal weapon on his stump…

Michonne finally smiled!!! A sarcastic smile, but a smile none the less! I can understand that Andrea wants to protect the people of Woodbury, but come on! I really hope that she has something up her sleeve. I keep waiting for her to redeem herself and she always disappoints.I though the gov was going to wake up and…

BTW, I should mention I'm a little jealous about the whole Germany thing! That's my "motherland" and I'm dying to go there someday!

You look AMAZING!! And those people you lost are not worth it. You are a treasure, and I'm so happy you are one of my friends here on MFP!

Makes ya wonder if they are going to have her hook up with "someone" like in the comics!

Yeah, I'm on 88mcg of levothyroxin. They were going to keep me at 75, but my TSH was in the high normal, so I talked them into upping it a little. Now my TSH is at .725 and I feel so much better!

H there! I'm trying to follow the Paleo diet. So far it's the only thing that's helped my weight budge. Although, right now, I'm all hormaonal and carb cravings have hit me big time! :grumble: I've been reading that gluten free diets, and low carb diets are helpful.

It's a good little workout that does focus more around the abs, but since ab exercises alone aren't very efficient at burning calories, she throws in other exercises to keep your heart rate up. I also agree with everyone too, that you also need to focus on diet. And when you do strength exercises, your abs will get toned…
-
Whoa!! Didn't notice that!
-
I love it! I started using it instead of vegetable oil after I heard it was good for people with thyroid issues.
-
Awesome abs!!

Sexy eyes and smile! : )

Awesome tat!

Lol! But I think most people wanted Lori to die. I know I did, yet I bawled like a baby when it happened! T-Dog I wish they didn't kill.
-
I know, right? I think, though, that he is the safest of safe characters on the show. They would lose about half of their fan base!
-
Oh, I love it!!

You definitely need to eat more calories if you work out intensely. You may actually be doing something counteractive by exercising so hard. I've heard that if you have a thyroid imbalance, and exercise hard, your body can actually produce more cortisol making it even harder to lose. I've been in that boat. I was…
