  • Again I weighed in on Monday but didn't have time to post until now. Down another 1.4, totaling 13 lbs so far. This is awesome, let's hope I can get through this week and see another small victory.

  • Weighed in this morning, down to 197.1, I am okay with that because I did not workout hard this weekend or eat great. Start of a new week, and will work hard to stay on track, It is always easier for me to stay on plan during the week, I guess that is one goof thing about working :).
  • I was surprised by my weigh-in this morning! I weighed in at 197.5, that is almost three pounds from last week, not sure how that happened but I will take it! Stats: Height: 5"6 Starting weight on 8.19: 206.8 Today 9.4: 197.5 By Christmas: 176.8 to go: 20.7 remaining! Total goal weight: 160 (then we will re evaluate)
