I go to the gym Saturday morning and then I don't feel quite as bad allowing a few treats or drinks or whatever indulgences the weekends bring.

Love love love the herbed goat cheese, cilantro chive greek yogurt dip, creamy almond butter with sea salt, mango butter, carnitas, pollo asada...I could go on all day!

Make sure you're drinking lots of water -- that made a big difference for me. Now even if I'm really sore I go for extra water instead of the Ibuprofen. Keep it up and it will level out. When I stop getting at least a little sore I know it means I need to add more weight!

I have the same problem and my doc said it's exercise induced asthma -- I have an inhaler that I use when I go to the gym, especially if we'll be doing a lot of running or jumprope or any heavy duty cardio type stuff.

I like Asics. They got me through a half-marathon with no pain at all.

Keep going, don't be scared it will go away :-) When I first started weight training I gained 10lbs (gasp!!) but dropped inches like mad. After a few weeks those extra lbs came off and more. It'll happen!!

I often have a peanut butter (or almond butter) sandwich on a good whole grain slice of bread with a low sugar fruit preserve. Quick, easy and nicely filling!

Me too. A regular underwire bra and a slightly too small (I'm a DDD and I bought a DD) sports bra from Target. The one with the adjustable back though -- the all elastic ones I bounce right out of! This combo has made me even Burpee-proof ;-)

My first month I did a strength training class 3x/wk and a strength&conditioning class 2x/wk and after three weeks I lost 1 1/2" off my hips. I gained weight at first but lost inches simultaneously and the weight came off and then some in my second month.

I'm set at 40/30/30 but still working on getting it right. I use a protien powder after I work out but beyond that I just try to get as much good real food that's high in protien and limit the fats and carbs where I can.
