  • I recommend Violet Zaki's Weight Loss Cardio Kick and Cardio Sculpt videos. She encourages you throughout the workouts (20 min workouts, 2 workouts per DVD), the moves are easy to follow, and it's great cardio.
  • I am aiming for 140lbs, however, I have a muscular build (from lifting weights/playing college sports) and going below even 150lbs is proving to be very difficult. Still aiming for it though. Best wishes!
