Your ideal weight is 115 according to many websites. I am 5'2" and weigh less than 100lbs after losing over 30. It is very hard to gain it back and can tell you that weighing this little prevents me from doing some day to day activities. Do not go less than 110 based on my personal experience!

I am always hungry after I workout, I would wait to eat till after you are done. Just make sure you don't over eat!

I use Fage 0%, you can get it at Hy-vee in the organic food section. I am sure you could use any plain greek yougurt though. I stirred mine with a fork since I take it to work for a morning snack :)
