I have been doing the shred a few days a week and also using my stationary bike at least 4 days a week. It seems to be working for me, have lost 11 lbs in the last 6 weeks.

I weigh myself everyday, just out of curiousity, but I officially weigh in on Thursdays and record that weight regardless if it is up or down.

I often have a snack at night... like a cup of tea and a cookie. Last night I ate a box of smarties before I went to bed (not an ideal snack, I know) and was down 1.6lbs this morning from last Thursday. I just try to make sure I have enough calories left at the end of the day for a treat, if not then I don't have one :)

I'm losing about a lb a week or a little more. I have my goal set to lose that much and I try to mostly stay under it. I also usually eat at least half of my exercise calories. I suspect that will change quickly since I am a healthy weight now and closer to my goal.

I'm also aiming for a size 10. I don't think I could get into anything smaller. I'm 5'10" and 174 lbs... just starting to fit comfortably into a size 12. I wore a 10 and was pretty thin in my early 20s, I think I was about 150lbs but I never weighed myself then.

I love this thread! I'm 5'10" Joined MFP just a couple weeks ago at 183lbs and trying to get down to 155. Mini goal to get to 174 and be a healthy weight/BMI for my height.
