Yes you can, haven't set foot in a gym and work hard @ home all by myself & I'm proud of what I've achieved & I haven't finished yet :happy:

I didn't get any either, drank lots of Pepsi & ate what I wanted!!! Have never asked my Mum whether she got any I just put it down to the amount of cocoa butter I went through lol

Look for Syntha 6, have had the strawberry, chocolate cake batter & vanilla ice cream flavours and they all taste amazing even when mixed with water. Hubby buys them, I drink them so can't give you costs but make sure you shop around ;)

Like others have said you're getting fit so that you are around for them for longer in a healthier, better version of you. Also, why not take them with you sometimes for a walk/jog - I did 5k this morning and my 6 year old joined me on her scooter! She got to enjoy the weather & I'm educating her that you need to stay fit…

I do admin at a high school, am on my feet all day & usually end up running round the school getting kids for a variety of reasons I started in September and haven't sat in my chair once lol

What a fantastic loss and journey, I'm going to show my Mum this - she's just had knee surgery and wants to lose weight, I want to prove to her that just by walking and watching what she eats she can also lose it :happy:

I always logged it as circuits until I got my HRM, turned out to be pretty accurate!

Ha ha don't be fooled - I'm following him on Facebook & he's doing the full 60 day challenge for the first time in years. He posted a video last week saying he NEARLY managed to complete Cardio Power & Resistance without stopping! Even Shaun T has to take breaks :laugh:

I've done it, love it & still do it! Listen to Shaun T, take rests when you have to and modify if needs be. You will see that even the people working out with him take breaks. My best advice would be listen to your body, listen to Shaun T. You CAN do it just Dig Deep :bigsmile:
