Why would you want to live in England? The weather is ****, the food is bland and the people are mostly racists and homophobic and theres a class system and the divide between the groups is only getting bigger. It's not very nice.

I went to america once, I hated being called charming. Firstly because I'm not..my accent does not make me charming, secondly because when I think of charming I think rich bellend being a bit smarmy trying to win you over, yuck.

I net about 1000 on exercise days, 1100-1200 on non exercise days. Yes yes starvation mode blah blah, but I am not in starvation mode, I have a steady loss of 0.5-2lbs each week. When this stops working for me I will increase calories but until then I'll stick with what works for me.

You can't expect to stay the same after you have over eaten! We all need to enjoy life once in a while. Dont beat yourself up over gains, and work your butt off so you can enjoy those treats without it affecting the scale too badly.

I love picnics! You could make some roasted vegetable cous cous, some salad and take the dressing in a jam jar so it doesn't go soggy. Some olives with feta cheese or sun dried tomatoes (high fat but lovely in small portions).

My fav dressing is honey and mustard over chicken and crisps lettuce and tomato, love pesto too. A really nice side salad is grated carrot tossed with a little white balsamic vinegar.

I'm 174lb hips 41, waist 40.5 chest underbust 36 so you are smaller than me even though you are bigger! You are just a different body shape to other people. Are you building muscle? This may be the reason why you are getting smaller they scales aren't moving.

I would avoid this like the plague. If you're buying what comes in the jars then its processed, with additives and preservatives, if you're cooking vegetables up at home and blending them you may as well cook yourself a healthy plate of food.

My breakfasts are lunch are usually always pretty similar. I love cereal, and adore tuna sandwiches! My dinners are always varied though (homecooked 99% of the time) and packed full of varied foods so I guess it balances it out.

Heck we wouldn't all be so fat in the first place if 'bad' foods didn't taste so good, everybody should treat themselves every once in a while, the hard part is learning not to keep going back to the same bad foods regularly.

I dress for everyone! I love sexy feminine clothes. People compliment me all the time on what I'm wearing so I must be doing something right! Just a shame my wardrobe isn't very varied atm as I'm dropping sizes all the time!

As long as you're not orange! My SO once told me if I ever came home with a fake tan he wouldn't let me in the house! I like my pale skin and freckles.
